All sales are final, with the exception of items purchased from Tim's Collection. These items are refundable for 24 hours from the receipt of the product, though customers will be liable for postage/shipping both ways plus a 10% restocking fee.
Other items are generally shipped direct from the manufacturer, who has the final say on warranty claims. In the eventwarranty service is required notify us first at 513-793-1456 Dept. 2 and we will initiate contact with the manufacturer.
All items purchases must be prepaid. No COD's.
